The project timeline is estimated to take between 6-10 months.With the building already semi-built to the roof and ongoing major renovations, we envisage a quick completion of the project. The building exhibits durable and quality foundation and walls and approved by the Urban and Physical Planning Board at Alausa, Ikeja with a building approval as from July 2023

October 25th, 2023 Final Building Approval Collected
